Refund & Cancellation Policy

AADE Visibility provides professional digital visibility services including, but not limited to, the Visibility Snapshot, custom SEO and GEO engagements, local visibility optimization, and ongoing support services.

Because these services are customized, research-based, and delivered digitally, specific refund and cancellation rules apply depending on the service type and the stage of work at the time a cancellation request is received.

This policy is consistent with the Terms of Use and any written proposal or Statement of Work executed between the parties.

No work begins without written authorization. Before any service is initiated, AADE Visibility will provide the customer with a written confirmation specifying:

• The agreed scope of work
• The final price or fee structure
• The expected delivery timeline
• The applicable payment terms
• Any recurring billing terms, if applicable

Work begins only after the customer has reviewed and accepted the written confirmation. Submitting a contact form, requesting a visibility audit, or requesting a proposal does not constitute written authorization and does not initiate a paid engagement.

By authorizing payment for any AADE Visibility service, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed and accepted the written scope of work.
• You have reviewed and accepted the stated price and payment terms.
• You have the legal authority to authorize payment on behalf of the business.
• You understand and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• You understand and accept the applicable Terms of Use.

Recurring charges, if applicable, will not begin unless the customer has separately accepted the applicable recurring billing terms in writing. A recurring charge will not be initiated based solely on the acceptance of a one-time service.

The Visibility Snapshot is a one-time, custom digital professional service starting at $89.99. Because the service involves original research and analysis prepared specifically for the customer, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a customer submits a written cancellation request before work has started, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing to info@aadevisibility.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name]". We may assist by phone, but cancellation is not complete until written confirmation is received.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has started — meaning AADE Visibility has begun the research, analysis, or preparation of findings — the Visibility Snapshot is non-refundable. The service constitutes a custom digital professional service and cannot be returned or reversed once research is in progress.

Service Cannot Be Completed

If AADE Visibility is unable to complete the Visibility Snapshot due to circumstances within our control, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the work completed at the time.

Service Cannot Be Completed Due to Customer

If the service cannot be completed because the customer provides inaccurate information, an inaccessible website, or fails to respond to required follow-up communications within a reasonable timeframe, the payment may be retained in whole or in part to cover work already performed.

Custom projects include any engagement beyond the standard Visibility Snapshot — including full SEO implementations, GEO strategies, content development, local optimization, technical implementations, and comparable services documented through a written proposal or Statement of Work.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required before work begins, the deposit is refundable only if a written cancellation request is submitted before work has started. Once work begins, deposits are non-refundable.

In-Progress Payments

Payments made for work already in progress are generally non-refundable because services are customized to the specific client, research, and deliverables. Any refund exception for in-progress work is determined on a case-by-case basis at AADE GROUP LLC's discretion.

Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured around milestones, payments are applied to the completed milestone. Cancellation after a milestone has been completed does not entitle the customer to a refund of that milestone payment.

How to Cancel

Cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing to info@aadevisibility.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name]" and must reference the applicable project or proposal. We may assist by phone, but cancellation is not complete until written confirmation is received.

Fees are earned upon the start of each billing cycle. Monthly and recurring services, if offered, are governed by a separate written agreement that defines the specific recurring billing terms.

Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, the following terms apply:

• No refunds for completed billing periods: AADE Visibility does not issue refunds for any fees paid for billing periods that have already begun or been completed, including fees charged during any applicable cancellation notice period.
• Cancellation window: Customers may cancel recurring services by written email before the next renewal date. Unless a signed service agreement establishes a different notice period, cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing to info@aadevisibility.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name]". We may assist by phone, but cancellation is not complete until written confirmation is received.
• Effective cancellation date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No additional renewal charge will be initiated after a timely cancellation request has been received and confirmed.
• Effect of cancellation: Any charges already initiated prior to the effective cancellation date will not be reversed. Access to reports, deliverables, and client communications is discontinued at the end of the final billing period.
• Recurring authorization: Recurring charges do not begin unless the customer has separately and explicitly accepted the recurring billing terms in writing.

AADE Visibility provides digital professional services. Completed deliverables are delivered electronically according to the scope and timeline confirmed in the written authorization.

• Digital deliverables are considered delivered upon electronic transmission to the email address or method confirmed at the time of engagement.
• Because services are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, completed deliverables are non-refundable upon delivery.
• If the customer believes a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, they must submit a written concern within seven (7) days of delivery to info@aadevisibility.com. AADE Visibility will review the concern and respond in good faith.
• Dissatisfaction with findings, recommendations, or results does not constitute grounds for a refund where the deliverable matches the agreed scope.

A chargeback is a payment reversal initiated through the customer's bank or card issuer. Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact AADE Visibility directly so that we may attempt to resolve any billing concern promptly.

We aim to respond to all billing concerns within three (3) business days.

We encourage customers to contact AADE Visibility before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the concern promptly. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law, card-network rules, or financial-institution procedures.

When responding to a dispute, AADE Visibility may provide the payment provider with legitimate documentation, including customer authorization, accepted scope, payment records, customer communications, work completed, delivery records, and refund-policy acceptance.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must notify AADE Visibility in writing within thirty (30) days of the charge date to be eligible for review. Disputes submitted after thirty days may not be eligible for a refund or adjustment.

To submit a billing dispute, include:

• Your full name and business name
• The charge date and amount
• A description of the concern
• Any relevant documentation

Submit disputes to info@aadevisibility.com with the subject line "Billing Dispute — [Your Business Name]".

AADE Visibility will review the dispute and respond within five (5) business days of receipt. Resolution may include a correction, partial refund, or written explanation of why the charge is valid under the agreed terms.
